Wabash sophomore Eric Vaughn was a half second off a B cut in the 100 fly after the last relay at the NCAC swim championships. He swam a time trial to find some speed.

Sophomore Evan Rhinesmith swam to fifth place time in the 100 breast, but he knew he could be faster. So he swam a time trial and broke Colin Fahey’s school record. Watch.

You have to see this to believe it. Sophomore Craig Vetor runs down the competition to qualify for the finals in the 200 freestyle. In the process, he breaks Eric Verduin’s school record.

The team likes to stay loose before a big meet like Conferences. It’s in the water that they’re really serious.
