Tacos and Wild Oats

Yesterday, senior Patrick Stroud cooked up an informal dinner for members of the Wabash Society for the Furthering of the Liberal Arts (well, members that bought in for the low, low price of $2).  Steak tacos, beans, rice, homemade salsa, and vegetables, all cooked in the kitchen of the MXI (which Mr. Colliard, director of the MXI, kindly lent us use of).  The meal was delicious, and it was a good way to learn a tad about cooking but, most importantly, to spend time with friends.

To make my Friday even more fun, I went to see Wild Oats.  Tonight is the last night of the play, and I truly recommend it.  It is hilarious and I found myself laughing out loud for most of the performance.  If you would like to read more about the plot or actors, here’s a Wabash article: http://dft.ba/-6_mx
