John Shank ’89 joins the open road to recovery

“Three years ago, John Shank [‘89] was a successful oral maxillofacial surgeon and avid cyclist, an active man pursuing a career he loved.  Then, in one moment, he lost it all. He was on vacation, had just finished a bicycle ride and was getting off his bike when he suffered a massive stroke.”
