Jack Clarke ’69, a community hero

C. Jackson “Jack” Clarke ’69 is a supervisor with the Vector-Borne Disease Prevention sector of the Marion County Health Department.  An IndyStar article on Sunday discussed the battle being waged by the health department against a rodent problem in areas of Indianapolis where the homeless population seeks shelter.  Jack was an English major at Wabash who, as the story describes, “was inspired by Lyndon Johnson’s war on poverty.”  Jack’s son, Will Clarke, is class of 2007.

Thank you, Jack.
