College That Change Lives - South Tour

While the Wabash community welcomes the Class of 2012 to campus, at least one member of the Admission staff will be on the road working to recruit the Class of 2013.   This Saturday, the Colleges That Change Lives South Tour begins in Houston, TX.  The tour will work it's way East and loop back around to it's final stop in Tulsa, OK. See details at bottom of page.

The South tour includes stops in Houston, Austin, Atlanta, Raleigh, Nashville, and Tulsa.  The actual site for the Nashville fair is in Franklin, TN.  Rumor has it that college fair organizers sought a venue far enough away from LP Field that students and parents wouldn't get plunked by errant throws from Vince Young (4-13 for 37 yards in his last outing).  Is it too early for Colts/Titans trash talk?

Anyway, the first two tours saw records numbers of students and parents and we expect more of the same on this tour.  Marc Welch will represent Wabash at the two Texas fairs and in Atlanta and I'll cover the final three fairs.  I hope you will encourage students to attend an event in your area.

Each school is allowed to have one alumni volunteer at the table with the Admissions representative.  If you would like to assist at one of these fairs, drop me a line at timmonsc@wabash.edu
